Is it able to recover spread and/or swap cost?
It is very small in comparison with the received profit, therefore it is not considered.
This EA could also compute % of main or % of chart positions for hedge instead of full lock to reduce drawdown.

If the trend changes, the robot will put the lock, and the loss will not grow.
You can switch the mode manually, the robot will immediately start working in the new mode.
Removed limitations for the simultaneous work of several robot instances on different currency pairs of one trading terminal in manual mode (Mode of entering the market = Manual), with orders without Magic (Magic = 0).
Does this mean i can set manual mode and open all 28 forex pairs in ONE mt4 terminal (all 28 charts with magic = 0) and the ea will work on all pairs simultaneously?

Magic number in the specified order the robot will deliver only if the order is put in automatic mode. When you subsequently switch to Manual mode, the robot will execute orders and the same Magic.
Naturally, if you place the main order manually, then it does not have Magic. Therefore, for the robot to be able to accompany it, then in the robot parameters it is necessary to set Magic = 0.
In your example, you first need to copy each copy of the robot with different Magic to run in automatic mode. They will put pending orders with different Magic. After you can switch modes to manual, and the work of both robots will be correct.

How to give magic number in manual trading?
An order with a Magic can only be placed by a robot. Turn on the robot in automatic mode; it will place a pending order with the specified Magic number. Then the mode can be switched to manual.
