Yellow line is the price at which the RSI will be set to the specified in settings level.
A typical method of trading - to sell on the rebound from the level 70 and buying on the rebound from the level 30. To build the levels you need twice apply to chart the indicator, and specify in the settings Percent Levl 30 and 70.

Recommendations for the use of RSI can be found in the official documentation for MT5 https://www.mql5.com/en/docs/standardlibrary/expertclasses/csignal/signal_rsi .
The "RSI to percent converter price" allows to improve these methods with accurate pricing specified level to the moment the price crosses this level at the time of the bar opening.
I don't sell the strategy for cheap, I sell a tool to take advantage of Your strategy. An example of the strategy I gave above is put pending orders at the levels of the RSI and the close at profit or loss according to Your requirements. To open an order is possible when breaking through the 70 level for buy and after hitting level 30 on sale - so catch the momentum.
