- ¿La hora de ejecutar las operaciones no la pone respecto a la hora GMT?, cada broker tiene una hora de servidor distinta.

Стандартные настройки подходят для всех перечисленных пар, но вы можете их изменять по своему усмотрению (понизить t/p и s/l).

Время по умолчанию - GMT+3, если ваш брокер транслирует котировки в другом временном диапазоне, вам следует изменить время в настройках EA

As of this writing New York is on GMT-4 due to daylight saving time. Hence, NY session close is at 5pm EDT = 9pm GMT:

In order to set StartHour and StopHour correctly for my broker I would just need to know whether StartHour should be set to ONE hour before NY session close (4pm EDT = 8pm GMT) and StopHour to ONE hour after (6pm EDT = 10pm GMT), or StartHour to TWO hours before NY session close (3pm EDT = 7pm GMT) and StopHour to session close time (5pm EDT = 9pm GMT) to avoid swap/rollover fees?

Hello/ the minimum deposit - 100 usd (if the broker allows volume at 0:01 of lot). 

check whether history of quots (tools-> history centr is downloaded) or lower spread when testing, anyway the reason has to be specified in the column "jornal"

Yes, you can trade on all pairs except EUR/JPY (still under supervision of this pair), 7-10% of the risk on each pair. The settings are standard and suitable for all pairs, but you can at your discretion lower s/l and t/p (Can set s/l = 30 for pairs: CAD/CHF, EUR/CHF, USD/CHF, AUD/CHF.) I also recommend avoiding important events during the trade, for example: Mark Carney speaks during the trade, which means that you should disconnect the pairs containing GBP on this day
