The advisor works the way you think. For buy trades, the stop moves higher only if there is a new fractal above the previous one. For sell trades the opposite. You can download the demo version and see in the tester how the stop-loss moves.

I was wondering if you could add the ability to adjust the fractal bar count.
Say I wanted 3 bars or just 1 bar either side of the fractal.

The fact is that this utility uses a standard fractal indicator, which builds fractals based on 5 bars and does not have the adjustment of the number of bars for the formation of a fractal.
