Could we have an option to turn the lines off and just leave the zones as they add quite a bit of clutter at the sides of the chart?

If you don´t want to see the weak zones, set the weak color zone to none or the same color of your chart. Doing that, you can hide the weak zones.
About turning the lines off, it could be a good thing to implement. I will consider your suggestion and I will think a way to implement this in the code.

On the time frame setting have a current option so it draws the levels for the current time frame selected

Yes, it can be used in MTF way. It´s only add more than one indicator to the chart, but with higher timeframe settings. You will see the short, medium and long terms s/r.
About the trendlines, I think that is possible to code. I will take a look about this and, if I determine that will be a valuable tool, I will made a new indicator.

And what represent that number? I see sometimes a negative number
Try to change the background color of the zones. The number is inside of the White box. As the number is White like the box color, you don´t see the number.
If the problem persist, let me know.
About the meaning of the numbers, it´s a sum result of positive and negative points that determine s/r strength.
I select the following points:
If you see a negative number, this price zone has more negative than positive points.
The indicator will run the lasts 1000 bars analyzing price action (touchs and crosses) at these zones.
