Line on chart for specific level

Hello,

There are 2 thing I need your help. 

1.I have a file with date, time and Level1 and Level2.

Example:

Date Time Level1 Level2  Type

2012.05.12  00:00 1.5236 1.5500 1

...

There are 4 type.

I want your help to write a script that will draw 2 small horizontal line (see picture) associated with the 2 levels on that date/time.

I should be able to change color, size of the line.

I should be able to turn off a certain type.

2. I have file with Only date/time and type

Date Time Type

2012.05.12  00:00 1

... 

There are 4 type. 

I want a script that draw a vertical line from the High to Low of this bar.

I should be able to change color, size of the line.

I should be able to turn off a certain type.  

That's all I need.
