I am looking for an experienced MetaTrader 4 (MT4) specialist to urgently help me resolve a technical issue that is preventing my Expert Advisor (EA) from trading.
Despite having the correct login, my MT4 platform displays "No connection" and shows a £0.00 balance, even though my account is funded. My EA is enabled (smiley face present) but cannot trade due to this connectivity problem.
Your Tasks:

Troubleshoot and resolve the “No connection” issue in my MT4 terminal.

Ensure that my correct live account balance displays and my EA resumes normal trading.

Diagnose if the issue is local (PC/network), broker-related, or account-related.

Provide step-by-step guidance via screen sharing (Zoom, AnyDesk, or TeamViewer).

Advise on best practices to avoid similar issues in the future.
Requirements:

Proven experience with MT4 platform troubleshooting and Expert Advisor (EA) management.

Experience resolving connectivity, server, and account issues.

Strong communication skills (fluent English preferred).

Ability to guide me live and answer any questions during the session.
Ideal Candidate:
