I am looking for an experienced MetaTrader 4 (MT4) specialist to urgently help me resolve a technical issue that is preventing my Expert Advisor (EA) from trading.
Despite having the correct login, my MT4 platform displays "No connection" and shows a £0.00 balance, even though my account is funded. My EA is enabled (smiley face present) but cannot trade due to this connectivity problem.

Your Tasks:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve the “No connection” issue in my MT4 terminal.

  • Ensure that my correct live account balance displays and my EA resumes normal trading.

  • Diagnose if the issue is local (PC/network), broker-related, or account-related.

  • Provide step-by-step guidance via screen sharing (Zoom, AnyDesk, or TeamViewer).

  • Advise on best practices to avoid similar issues in the future.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with MT4 platform troubleshooting and Expert Advisor (EA) management.

  • Strong communication skills (fluent English preferred).

  • Ability to guide me live and answer any questions during the session.
