Just a scammer. He got the job completely in full accordance to his requirements, but when he realized that his system is not profitable, he began to blame me and demand his money back.

I am looking for a developer of a High Frequency Trading EA for MT4.I want a professional developer who is good at coding don't want chancers for this job,i dont want any of your robots please,the candidate should have a clear understanding of certain factors before i can allocate the job,No Arbitrage EA between slow and fast brokers. The EA has to work in True ECN Brokers like FXPrimus/ICmarkets/Pepperstone or similar brokers and execute at least 20 orders per hour with 90% wins minimum.
