Just a scammer. He got the job completely in full accordance to his requirements, but when he realized that his system is not profitable, he began to blame me and demand his money back.

Техническое задание

I am looking for a developer of a High Frequency Trading EA for MT4.I want a professional developer who is good at coding don't want chancers for this job,i dont want any of your robots please,the candidate should have a clear understanding of certain factors before i can allocate the job,No Arbitrage EA between slow and fast brokers. The EA has to work in True ECN Brokers like FXPrimus/ICmarkets/Pepperstone or similar brokers and execute at least 20  orders per hour with 90% wins minimum. Must work on 30 forex pairs and 2 Indeces, I am Willing  to negotiate a good price for a job well done.
