My Metatrader 4 stops responding. What solution?

All MetaTrader 4 platforms that I install, when I start the platform hangs. It simply stops responding. I have already uninstalled and installed and the problem continues, simply stops responding. And worst of all the problem happens on any metatrader 4 platform of a broker. Just for information, I use windows 10.
Please check if you have enough RAM in your computer because if you don't the computer will use the virtual memory (hard disk) which makes things slow and stop responding.
