I was training the latest version of a neural net in pytorch.

if we take a person who has never driven , and we have them repeat the same route without other cars 1000 times , that person will learn how to drive.
we cannot assume the same for a neural net and one sample , so what if we inject random noise into the features . The equivalent of having the steering wheel in the example above randomly turn left or right for instance.
That noise does not mean anything in the real example as it rarely occurs on its own.

Last year I received a python code from a customer that got the trade info from gmail and send it to metatrader for execution. Quite a challenge... All about communication... There was a very small(and stupid) mistake in the code that I fixed for him. I don't know how long it could take if I wanted to do it from scratch.

-can load more than 1 years worth of starting data
-loads everything needed and does not let your test fail and you to figure out why
-is on GMT time
-has news history on gmt
-has ticks history on gmt
-supports multisymbol multitimeframe
-and simulates ticks properly for the above
-does not let the user make accidental mistakes such as reading future values unknowingly
Would that be an interesting application ?

I guess the current ones can easily fix to achieve all above. However they do not do it. Why?
=> Because they need backtests to show better than reality results to keep people interested to search for their fortune in this business.
