This is a breakout strategy that works via pending orders. For XAUUSD, it currently uses SL level of -2 and TP of 15. Even though losses are more frequent than wins, this 2:15 risk-reward ratio is sufficient to achieve a profit on the signal account. For the currency pairs, which this signal trades in a similar manner, there's no profit overall even on the signal account.

Unfortunately, MT5 does not copy the pending orders themselves - it copies the resulting trades when they occur. With breakout strategies, price tends to move significantly this very moment. Unfortunately, there's an issue with MT5 where, unless your broker has a currency named UST, the terminal (or MQL5 VPS) will waste time (1.1 seconds in my case) on trying and failing to look up the conversion rate between the signal account's currency UST and your account's - each time a deal is to be copied. (It then gives up and assumes a 1:1 conversion rate, which may or may not be OK with you. Luckily, it is with me.) I am trying to get MetaQuotes to fix this (primarily the delay). Until they do, I suppose you pretty much need to be on Bybit to copy these trades well, or use one of the MT4 instances of this signal (with your MT4 indeed) as those use other brokers, or enter the pending orders from this website manually (I actually did a couple of times, which did produce better results). Unfortunately, this is currently the only instance of this signal for MT5.

It is unclear to me whether this signal would be profitable for me at all if I simply continued with it despite of the delay and poor copying quality. Most trades (both losses and wins) copy somewhat worse than original, which may well make the difference between profit and loss overall. I'd need to run this experiment for much longer to have statistically meaningful results, but I'm not eager to. So I'll just move on.

The platform asks me to rate 3 things: trade system reliability and description quality (4/5 since the trade system looks reliable on the signal account showing good monthly profit vs. low drawdown, but the description doesn't even say what kind of strategy this is), trade copying quality (3/5 since individual trades do copy reasonably, but given that there are so many more losses than wins the overall effect of accumulated slightly larger losses and slightly smaller profits is unclear), and user support (4/5 since I did get a prompt reply to my direct message here, but the provider could only offer other ways than copying this signal - valid offers, but not for the signal per se).

Update:

I was told the delay should be removed starting with build 5676. I then tried restarting my MQL5 VPS, but it started an older build still. Maybe it would start 5676+ now, or at least will soon, but I am not eager to continue trying because this signal started performing poorly even on the signal account lately, showing only 7% growth in the latest one month period, which is on par with the max drawdown seen and is likely too little to overcome even slight copying imperfections for a breakout strategy like this. So I'll just stop here.

However, if you're reading this much later and find this signal showing good monthly profits again, please don't be discouraged by what I wrote. It sounds like the platform's extra delay will long have been removed, so the copying quality may become adequate to propagate enough of the profit to subscribers.
