Ich will aber das auf mein bereits vorhandenes Live-Konto installieren – oder ist das nicht möglich – dann kann ich das Produkt aber nicht brauchen.
Kannst du mir das bitte erklären.

Hello Adelheid, It sounds like a problem with your terminal, you will need to talk to the MetaTrader support team via the Forum https://www.mql5.com/en/forum. Should you need a refund for non-activation, they can sort that for you too. Kind Regards, Rob.
