Gold Session Triple Target EA is an automated trading system designed to identify and trade structured session breakouts on the M5 timeframe.
The EA analyzes the M30 candles formed during the first hours of the trading session. It selects a significant candle using price structure, reversal characteristics, and tick volume. Once the session levels are established, the EA waits for a confirmed M5 candle close beyond the selected range before opening a position.
All calculations use completed candles. The EA does not rely on future data or repainting signals.

How the Strategy Works
The EA monitors the first three hours of the selected trading session and analyzes the completed M30 candles within this period.
A significant reference candle is selected using:

Candlestick reversal structure

Tick-volume activity

Relative importance within the session
The high and low of this candle become the active breakout levels.
A BUY setup is confirmed when a completed M5 candle closes above the upper level.
A SELL setup is confirmed when a completed M5 candle closes below the lower level.
The EA only reacts to confirmed candle closes, helping reduce false intrabar breakout signals.
Three-Target Position Management
Each signal is managed as a three-part trading basket:

Target 1: 0.6% from the reference level

Target 2: 1.2% from the reference level

Target 3: 1.8% from the reference level
The first portion is closed at Target 1, the second portion at Target 2, and the remaining position is closed at Target 3.
All three portions share a structure-based Stop Loss located beyond the opposite side of the reference candle.
Target distances can be adjusted through the EA inputs.
Risk Management
The EA calculates the projected loss before opening a basket.
If the combined risk exceeds the configured maximum basket risk, the volume is reduced automatically. If the broker’s minimum volume would still exceed the limit, the signal is skipped.
