Nyra is a fully automated, rule-based trading system for XAUUSD (Gold), built entirely from historical data — not from an idea that was later fitted to look good. 14 strategy types, 6 timeframes, and 21+ years of price data (2004–2026) were systematically tested before the final configuration was set. The result: a lean breakout trend-following system with a volatility-adaptive trailing exit — no martingale, no grid, no recovery zones, no hidden averaging-down mechanics.

What Nyra does
- Long-only breakout entry on a validated Donchian channel (H4 timeframe)
- Volatility-adaptive trailing exit — the exit channel width automatically adjusts to current market volatility (tight in calm phases, wider in volatile phases); in backtesting this improved Sharpe from 0.73 to 0.88 versus a static channel
- Risk-based money management — position size is calculated automatically from your equity and the current ATR, no manual lot-size guessing
- Built-in live dashboard right on the chart — status, channel levels, ATR, open P/L, equity, and trade statistics at a glance
- Small-account protection — trades are skipped instead of forcing a minimum lot size that would over-risk the account (can be disabled)
- Optional add-on modules for your own experimentation: EMA trend filter, fractal trailing stop, automatic chart theming — all disabled by default, since none of them improved on the standard configuration in backtesting (see Transparency section below)
