How many trades EA open a day (I use 15m timeframe) and can you modify risk type lower than 1% per trade (eg 0.5% or 0.25%).

The lowest risk is 1 percent.
You can also confirm the lot amount yourself.
In that case, the risk will be arbitrary, from 0.25% to 100%.

The number of trades in live is exactly like the backtest, according to the desired settings, you can see the number of trades.
