I bought this product but receive this error on all the charts due to which I miss getting the alerts.

Also, every morning after the terminal day change the highs and lows are not correctly marked. I have to then switch to H1, 4H, D, W and M timeframe on all charts to get it working.

Can you please give a workaround for this?

Hello, Error 4401 means the data in MT5 is not available to read, and if data is not available indicator will not work as it will not be able to fetch price. This is actually a warning instead of error to aware that user should wait until data loads, when you notice you switch to D1 chart first time on a symbol, it loads history. Same way the indicator requires history to be able to work,

In 1.2 I have enabled a setting, force_load_history if you set it to true, then it will switch timeframe and search for history if not available and stops when history is found and levels are plotted, Use this if required. Thanks
