AURUM Liquidity Retest

Liquidity sweep, change of character and retest signal indicator, with built-in support and resistance alert lines. It maps where stops are resting, waits for price to sweep them, confirms the reversal with a CHoCH on the lower timeframe, and only signals when the broken level is retested and rejected. No chasing the break.

Non-repainting

• Signals confirm at candle close and never move once printed.
• History replay starts from a fixed point, so arrows are identical after every reload.
• A live PENDING preview shows a forming retest on ticks, then confirms or cancels it at candle close.

Liquidity map (M15 by default)

• Swing highs and lows (buy-side and sell-side liquidity)
• Equal highs and equal lows
• Previous day and previous week high and low
• Nearest unswept levels drawn on the chart and listed in the console

Setup: Sweep > CHoCH > Retest

1. Sweep: an HTF candle pierces a liquidity level and closes back inside. Deeper pierces are treated as breakouts and ignored.
2. CHoCH: an M5 (or M1) candle closes through the protected swing with a minimum body size.
3. Retest: price moves away, returns to the broken level and closes back in the trade direction.
4. Entry: the candle after the retest. Tick mode checks every tick of that candle, with a maximum chase distance.

Each stage has its own time limit. The setup is voided if price closes back through the sweep extreme or the CHoCH fails.

Support and resistance alert lines

• Four lines placed automatically on swing high / low clusters, where tops and bottoms line up. Two resistance lines sit above price and two support lines below.
• Touch count on each line (x3, x4 and so on) shows how many swing points the level holds.
• Alert on cross: popup, sound, push or email when price breaks a line.
• Auto re-snap: after every break, the lines move to the next support and resistance levels, so they always track the nearest structure.
• One-click SNAP: a console button re-places the lines at any time.
• Draggable: move any line to your own level. Dragged lines stay put and are remembered across restarts and timeframe changes.
• Arm or mute: click a line in the console to switch its alert on or off.
• Liquidity option: the lines can also be placed on the liquidity map instead of swing clusters.

Tip: Signals that form close to one of the support or resistance lines tend to be the most reliable. The sweep and retest then happen at a level the market has already respected several times. Use the line alerts to know when price is approaching these levels, and give priority to setups that trigger there.

HTF structure filter

Block unclear structure (default), trade with the HTF trend only, counter-trend and range only, or off.

Signals

• BUY / SELL arrows on the retest candle
• Grey arrows for setups blocked by a gate, with the reason on the chart
• Entry, SL and TP zones with the simulated outcome in R (TP, SL or breakeven)

Risk levels

• SL beyond the sweep extreme or the retest extreme plus an ATR buffer, with a maximum SL size
• TP as a multiple of R (default 2R)
• Optional breakeven at 1R
• Lot size shown for your risk % of equity, using the broker’s volume rules

Entry gates

• London and New York sessions in London time, with GMT / BST handled automatically
• Maximum spread, and maximum spread as % of the SL
• High-impact news blackout before and after events
• Optional limits: one trade at a time, daily loss limit, trades per day and cooldown after a close

News filter

• MT5 economic calendar for the symbol’s currencies, with optional extra currencies
• High-impact events drawn on the chart, with optional medium impact
• CSV news file for the Strategy Tester

Console

• Decision line: WATCH, WAIT, BUY NOW, NO TRADE, SIGNAL ACTIVE or STAND ASIDE, with the reason
• Setup stage tracker: sweep, CHoCH, retest, entry
• Last signal: entry, SL, TP, SL distance and lot size
• Line alerts: each line’s price, distance and status, the last alert, and the SNAP button
• Replay stats: win rate, net R, profit factor, max drawdown, buys vs sells
• Clock and news: news countdown, session times, broker clock with UTC offset and DST dates

Works on any symbol and any chart timeframe. Default settings are tuned for XAUUSD with M15 liquidity and M5 entries.
