VinoSentinel EA is a specialized automated scalping Expert Advisor designed to identify structured SELL opportunities using a proprietary three-engine signal architecture.

Rather than depending on a single market pattern, VinoSentinel continuously evaluates multiple types of short-term market behavior. When a qualifying setup appears, the corresponding Sentinel engine can generate the trade while the unified execution system handles risk, protection, trade management and exit logic.

The underlying signal-generation logic is intentionally kept internal and is not exposed through the EA's Inputs panel.

🎯 Adaptive SL & TP

VinoSentinel does not rely on one fixed stop-loss or take-profit distance for every trade.

The initial protective SL is derived from the market structure detected by the active Sentinel engine.

Take-profit is dynamically calculated using market volatility through ATR-based calculations.

This allows the target distance to adapt to the current trading environment instead of forcing the same fixed target onto every setup.

The exact internal parameters are protected as part of the EA's strategy logic.

🔄 Sentinel Episode Engine

One of the key features of VinoSentinel is its Episode Entry Engine.

A trading opportunity is treated as an ongoing market episode rather than simply one isolated position.

When the first valid signal appears, the EA locks:

Direction + Original SL + Original TP

If the position later exits through a temporary trade-management stop before reaching the original SL or TP, the EA can attempt a controlled re-entry on the next candle.

The re-entry continues to use the original locked episode direction, SL and TP.

The episode ultimately ends when the original TP or original SL condition is reached.

This architecture allows VinoSentinel to distinguish between a temporary management exit and the final outcome of the original market opportunity.

🔐 Progressive Profit Protection

VinoSentinel includes a multi-stage profit-management system.

Break-Even Protection

Once the position reaches the configured profit threshold, the EA can move the SL toward the entry price with a protective buffer.

Tier 2 Protection

As the trade progresses further into profit, the EA can lock a percentage of the achieved movement.

Tier 3 Protection

At a higher profit threshold, the EA can increase the protected portion while allowing the position to continue toward its original target.

The current default management framework uses:

BE: 350 points
Tier 2: 400 points — 50% lock
Tier 3: 800 points — 55% lock

💰 Dynamic Risk-Based Position Sizing

VinoSentinel includes an adaptive position-sizing engine.

When dynamic risk sizing is enabled, the EA calculates the potential position size using the actual distance between the entry price and the strategy-defined SL.

The calculation considers:

• Configured risk amount
• SL distance
• Tick value
• Tick size
• Broker minimum volume
• Broker maximum volume
• Broker volume step

This allows position sizing to respond to the actual trade structure rather than blindly using one fixed lot size.

⚙️ Native MetaTrader 5 Execution

VinoSentinel uses native MetaTrader 5 order execution through the platform's trade-request system.

The EA automatically detects supported broker filling modes and performs broker-specific validation before sending orders.

SL/TP modifications are also checked against the broker's minimum stop and freeze-distance requirements to reduce invalid modification attempts.

🔒 Protected Strategy Logic

The core signal-generation parameters are intentionally kept outside the normal user Inputs interface.

Users can configure important operational controls such as risk management, trade management, protection settings and Telegram notifications, while the proprietary Sentinel signal logic remains protected internally.
