Gathering from all your info given previously, I assume all the 'Volume of positions' / 'Account Balances $' are all set to MEDIUM RISK. 

What I absolutely love about this EA is it's accuracy in opening new orders.

So, looks like with no martingale sets "take profit", "stop lose" and "trailing stop" is not working. Or what.?

You need to reduce the number of orders in the grid to 1 (without disabling the martingale and set a stop loss on the martingale) and everything will work
