Currency Trend Indicator with MTF and coefficient considerations

Hello coders,

I need an indicator showing individual currency values as extracted (as an average) from the values (given by an indicator I give the mq4 file of) of all the major pairs each currency is involved in (28 pairs).

The job is similar to the one I had posted here https://www.mql5.com/en/job/89832 with similar parameters (only slightly different).

But there are some aspects of the basic indicator I don't fully understand. So before writing down the Specification File I need to discuss a bit with you and you will have to show me you can answer my questions precisely.
