I need an MQL5 proof-of-concept for my proprietary trading strategy.

The purpose of this order is ONLY to test and implement my H1 POI (Point of Interest) identification logic correctly. I am not requesting the complete EA at this stage.

I will provide the exact rules for identifying the H1 POI after selecting the developer. The developer must convert those rules into clear, deterministic MQL5 logic.

Requirements:

1. Analyze H1 candles according to the rules I provide.

2. Identify and mark the valid H1 POI on the chart.

3. Ignore invalid areas according to my rules.

4. The logic must work automatically on historical and newly forming market data.

5. The POI should be visually marked on the chart so I can verify whether the identification is correct.

6. The code should be clean, modular and easy to extend later into a complete EA.

7. No entry, trade execution, risk management, SL/TP or money-management logic is required at this stage.

8. The main objective is accuracy of the H1 POI detection logic.

Before proceeding with the complete EA, I want to verify that this H1 POI module produces the correct results according to my rules.
