here are my issue.. ### 1. Opposing Positions Across Multiple Accounts A counter trade violation occurs when you hold opposite directional positions (Buy vs. Sell) in the same symbol or product across different accounts. * *Example from your report:* In Violation #8, Account 1 executed a *"Sell"* for -1 Qty of MNQH6. At the exact same timestamp (11:24:11), Account 2 held a *"Position"* of 4 Qty. Because one account was short while the other was long, it was flagged as "Counter". ### 2. Simultaneous Overlapping Exposure The report tracks "Overlap" and "Correlation" between accounts. * *Correlation:* The violations in this report are for the *MNQ* product (Symbol: *MNQH6*). * *Overlap:* When Account 1 and Account 2 have active trades at the same time in the same product that offset each other's risk, the system marks them as an *Overlap* or a *Counter* violation. ### 3. Trade-Copier and Automation Responsibility The report explicitly reminds the trader that they are responsible for all *trade-copier* and *automation activity*. Any trades copied between accounts are subject to these rules. If a copier placed a buy on one account and a sell on another, it resulted in the violations listed in this PDF. In summary, the trades are labeled "counter trades" because you had *simultaneous, opposite exposure* in Account 1 and Account 2 for the same MNQ contracts, which is a violation of the platform's risk management policies.
