EA REQUIREMENDS SPECIFICATION

In my account there are opened XAUUSD cards with various running EA's (each one with a different magic number).
I need an EA that will monitor when the open position of a specific Magic Number (e.g. 1234) will be closed. I mean when the closing of the monitored position has been executed by the broker. Immediately after that the EA will pause the ALGO TRADING for all active EAs during a specified number of candles (e.g. 2 candles). After that the ALGO TRADING will be reactivated, and all EAs will be allowed to open new positions normally, until the closing of the new position of the EA with Magic Number 1234.
In the inputs of the new EA the user will specify the Magic Number of the EA that will be monitored and the duration of the ALGO TRADING pause in candles (1 or more candles).
