Make EA based on the indicators provided. I have provided my template which you see in the picture. attached zip file.

buy conditions 

1. price above the lines and trending upward. 

2. "total power indicator" shows GREEN flat line under 50

sell conditions 

1.  price below the lines and trending downward.

2.  "total power indicator" shows RED flat line under 50


please provide Source code when job completed.  

EA must work for back-test with no errors.
