### Job Description for EA Enhancement and Completion

#### **Project Overview:**
I need an experienced MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) developer to complete and enhance an existing Expert Advisor (EA). The EA includes six functionalities related to liquidity zones, breakouts, change of character (choch), OrderBlocks, entry strategies, and risk management. The selected developer will recheck the existing logic and add additional functionalities.

### **Current Functionalities:**

1. **Liquidity Zones Detection:** Asian, London, New York highs and lows, previous day, week, and month highs and lows.
2. **Breakout Detection:** Identifies breakouts beyond liquidity zones.
3. **Change of Character (choch) Detection:** Bullish choch after a low breakout; bearish choch after a high breakout.
4. **OrderBlock Detection:** Highest/lowest candle before choch; topmost swing high for bearish; downmost swing low for bullish.
5. **Entry Strategies:** 
   - Limit Order on Higher Timeframe: Uses OrderBlock high and low.
   - Limit Order on Lower Timeframe: Uses OrderBlock as POI after choch.
6. **Risk Management:** Based on percentage, fixed amount, or fixed lot size; includes order expiration and slippage.

### **Additional Functionalities Needed:**

1. **News Trading Considerations:** Remove/re-add orders around news; adjust risk management and breakeven based on news events.
2. **Custom Fractal Highs and Lows:** For choch detection and adjustment.
3. **Trailing Stop Loss:** Based on specific timeframe swing highs or lows.
4. **MT5 to Telegram Signals:** Send trade signals to a Telegram group.
5. **Indicator Customization:** Visualize functionalities; custom indicator will be provided.

1. **Recheck Existing Logic:** Ensure correctness and optimize if necessary.
2. **Develop Additional Functionalities:** Integrate seamlessly with existing EA.
3. **Compatibility:** Ensure EA works on forex, commodities, metals, futures, and synthetic instruments.
