Create an EA using indicator code

Good Morning, i'd like to create an EA that use the code of an indicator i bought.
EA will have to work on each open chart by being inserted in only one of them,

- it will have to open the position when the indicator finds a trend change

- if the TP1 is touched, it must close half of the operation, set the opening price of the position as SL AND close the operation if the indicator detects a trend change

- if the TP2 is touched it will close half of the remaining operation and will set the value of TP1 as SL AND will close if the indicator detects a trend change

- completely close the operation when the indicator detects a trend change.

IF an open operation has not touched TP1 and the indicator detects a trend change, the EA must close that operation (and based on the previous points, open a new one).

EA must have in the input section:

- the% risk for each trade

- the possibility to insert time and currency NOT to trade for each day of the working week, for example:
Tuesday: USD from 4pm to 4:30 pm
Wednesday: EUR from 10am to 10:30 am, NZD from 6pm to 7pm
etc.. (if possible).
