I'm looking for a developer to create an EA capable of incorporating custom indicators

This is a brief scope, we can give more detail of what the signals are to BUY and SELL when we select a programmer.

 Take 4 Indicators (I have source code)

    • Custom Moving Average (code exists in MQL4, I need to be able to modify; MA period, MA shift, MA Averaging Method, MA Applied Price).  If last candle closed above MA then BUY signal is outputted conversely if last candle closed below MA then a SELL signal is outputted.
    • Parabolic SAR (code exists in MQL4, I need to be able to modify; Price Increment Step and Maximum Value of Step). If SAR output is below MA a BUY signal is outputted conversely if SAR output is above MA then a SELL signal is outputted.
    • Wattah Attar Explosion (I have source code, I need to be able to modify Sensitivity).  If positive volume is above average volume a BUY signal is outputted conversely if a negative volume is above the average volume a SELL signal is outputted.
    • Aroon Up and Down (I have source code) If ArronUP is above ArronDown a BUY Signal is outputted conversely ArronUP is below AroonDown a SELL signal is outputted.
  • To determine if a BUY or a SELL is identified.  Do not need alerts, sounds, emails or charts just need the calculations.

This has to be for all time frames and all charts inserted into

 

A lot of “IF” statements (eg if all are “BUY” then a PlaceBuyOrder returning an Alert for BUY
