MT4 HTTP POST File sending

Hello,

i have find a online tutorial where somebody give a example how to send with MT4 a HTTP GET and HTTP POST Request, here is the link:  http://codebase.mql4.com/7353

The HTTP GET Funktion i have use and it work, but i dont get the HTTP POST Example working, and that is he reason for this job, i need somebody hoe can show me how i can send with HTTP POST a file from MT4 to a webserver. 

You can look to that example  http://codebase.mql4.com/7353  and if you know how it work then i would be happy when you can show me it, but please try it out first one time yourself, i have sometimes get offers from MT4 coders wich say that they know how it work and then when we have try it, we have not get it working, so please try it first yourself, i know the exmple look easy but i have not get it working myself and i am also codeing a little bit.
