I'm looking for a indicator that alerts the user when a candle stick range is equal or greater to a specified multiple of the ATR. When the condition is met a dot appears at the bottom of the candle (and alert if user selects). Body of the candle does not matter, only the range. Please see attached for visual example.

Input Tab

ATR Period: 14 default
ATR Multiple: 2 default (User enter multiple of ATR. E.g. if the ATR period 14 reading was 10 pips. The user has set the ATR multiple of 1.5. The indicator will show candles that have a range 15 pips or more.
Alert: Sound/Push Notification/Off (default: Sound)
Dot Distance (in pips): 2 default (user enters how many pips from the candle low the dot should appear on the chart)
Dot Colour: drop down of colour pallet.
