on the chart with your other EA, can you please go to the TaB indicator settings and select "Recreate default templates = true" when trading is allowed?
That should resolve the issue.

Hi Eric, excellent tool. Congratulations!! I have been using the free version on a demo account for a while and would like to know how the limit volatility option works?
Hi there,
basically TaB calculates the volatility of the current and past candles using HIGH - LOW = volatility in points.
In your example, if volatility of the current H4 candle > average volatility of the past 2 H4 candles, trading will be paused.
I hope that makes it clearer? Other than that, there will soon also be a version of TaB that allows backtesting. That will allow you to find the optimal values for each instrument.

Hi Eric, I understand, thank you very much. When you talk about points, for example XAUUSD, if I wanted to limit it to a maximum volatility of 1000 pips, should I enter 10000 points into the EA?
That depends on your broker. TaB will show you the point values it identified on the chart with the TaB EA:
Saying it doesn't work. There are no charts belonging to Chart Group(s) Default

Then it will start working. The indicator description also contains a setup example.

sorry for the late reply, I have issues with my MQL5 notifications recently.
TaB determines the news based on the symbol name. Since "US500.cash" does not include "USD", you will need to specify the mapping manually:
After that, the news lines should show up.
Please let me know whether that fixes the issue.

That have worked. Thank you so much. Is there a way we can add Trump(when he speaks) to the special news event? I just added the keyword Trump. Not sure if that will work.

Yes, entering "Trump" will pause on any news event containing his name.
Hi, I like the idea of this EA, but it is not working for me. Consider the following:
So as you can see, there are open trades from a chart with the indicator.
Yet the EA doe not see or display the open drawdown nor closed profits (incorrect) on the chart (shown at the top).

Since you are using the free version, TaB will only manage 1 symbol.
Since you seem to have added the indicator to multiple charts, it will take the first of them, which is GBPUSD:
Hence, all actions will only be performed for this symbol, incl. calculation of the drawdown and closed profits.
If you remove the indicator from all other charts except for the XAUUSD one with the Quantum5 EA, it should work as expected, and calculations should match.
