Since you are using the free version, TaB will only manage 1 symbol.

Since you seem to have added the indicator to multiple charts, it will take the first of them, which is GBPUSD:

Hence, all actions will only be performed for this symbol, incl. calculation of the drawdown and closed profits.

If you remove the indicator from all other charts except for the XAUUSD one with the Quantum5 EA, it should work as expected, and calculations should match.

So kind of you to respond fast. My only concern is that the indicator shows that the EA is working. Rather, you should program the indicator to give me this message you just sent me with the explanation. Thanks.

Hi, few years ago I bought the MT4 version and think this is a very good product. And now I shift to MT5.

May I ask if you can add a new function or make a new tool with follow function:

I am opening different symbol on one chart with 1 EA and same magic number. So I want to control my risk during news event by hedging method.

Let's say I have 1 lot of EURUSD long order orginally. I want to open 1 lot of EURUSD short order X minutes before the news then close the short order Y minutes after the news. (and even can handle new open/close order between X - Y minutes).

So that the long - short order can hedge out and protect the equity of the account.

Thank you for your reading.

Hey there,

thank you very much for the positive feedback!

Based on various user requests throughout the years, I've evaluated this hedging option but came to the conclusion that TaB will not start trading on its own, as it would just add to the (often already overwhelming) complexity of TaB.

However, you can make use of TaB's flexible templating system instead. Whenever there are news, TaB automatically switches to "No Trading Mode". When it does that, you're free to add any EA, indicator, or script to this chart mode. Hence, you can simply add a hedging EA there. There are even some free ones, e.g. https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/154238

Then, whenever TaB switches to "No Trading Mode", this EA will become active and take care of the hedging.

Hope this helps!

Cheers,
Eric
