actually yes it answered my questions

to make sure again, after all open trades closed, it will remove the other EA?

I will use it to manage trading time, but I don't want to let open trade not manageable outside trading time

it is possible right?

Yes, that's correct. When "Always pause other EAs, even if there are open trades" is set to false, TaB will wait with removing the other EA until all open trades are closed.

Only once all trades are closed, the EA other will be paused/removed.
