1. Market Risk: Past performance of candlestick patterns does not guarantee future results. The market can be irrational during News events (NFP, CPI, Interest Rate). Always use News Filter.
2. Risk Per Trade Factor: This EA uses a fixed Stop Loss for every trade. We highly recommend NOT risking more than 1% to 2% of your account balance on a single trade. If you use high lot size, your account can get margin call.
3. Broker Risk: Different brokers have different spreads, slippage, and execution speed. High spread during volatile market can cause SL hit earlier. Use an ECN / RAW spread broker with low latency.
4. Over-Optimization Risk: Do not over-optimize the EA for historical data. Use default settings which are tested on long-term history.
5. Volatility Risk in XAUUSD / Crypto: Gold and Crypto pairs are highly volatile. Reduce your lot size by 50% when trading XAUUSD.
