Risk Calculator MT5 CoguaTrader is a position sizing utility designed to calculate the appropriate trading volume based on a fixed monetary risk, entry price and stop loss.
The calculation is performed directly on the chart. Simply position the Entry and Stop Loss lines where you plan to trade, and the calculator automatically determines the required trading volume.

How It Works

Set the desired risk amount in the indicator parameters.

Place the Entry line at the planned entry price. (Green line)

Move the Stop Loss line to the invalidation level. (Red line)

The required trading volume is calculated automatically.

Optionally place the Take Profit line to calculate the potential reward and R:R ratio. (Blue line)
The calculator is designed to help traders determine position size before placing an order. It does not generate trading signals and does not determine where a trade should be entered or exited.
Supported Instruments
The calculator can be used with instruments supported by MetaTrader 5 and the broker's symbol specifications, including Forex, stocks and CFDs.
The calculated volume depends on the trading specifications provided by the broker, including tick value, tick size, minimum volume, maximum volume and volume step.
