CrossPulse Dynamic ATR
CrossPulse is an automated Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 that combines classic MACD crossover signals with ATR-based recovery position management. It is built for traders who want a rule-based scalping system with clear entry logic and configurable risk limits.

HOW IT WORKS
────────────────────────
ENTRY (new position)
• Long: MACD golden cross confirmed on the previous bar (MACD line crosses above Signal).
• Short: MACD death cross confirmed on the previous bar (MACD crosses below Signal).
• Optional zero-line filter (default ON): long entries only when MACD is below zero; short entries only when MACD is above zero — focusing on momentum shifts in the respective half of the indicator.
• Optional “new bar only” mode to avoid intrabar repainting on entries.
• Trade direction can be long-only, short-only, or both.
RECOVERY (add positions)
• If price moves against the basket by ATR × multiplier, the EA may add a new position in the same direction with an increased lot (martingale multiplier).
• Add distance and ATR period/timeframe are fully adjustable.
• Maximum add rounds and maximum lot per trade cap the recovery depth.
EXIT
• Closes all positions of one direction when the opposite MACD cross appears AND the total floating P&L of that direction (including swap) is at or above MinProfitToClose (0 = breakeven or better).
• Optional forced exit after N unprofitable opposite crosses.
• Optional per-direction profit target and max floating loss.
• Optional breakeven and trailing stop on individual positions.

• Max spread filter (points)
• Max account loss (USD) — emergency close all
• Daily loss limit (% of day-start equity) — stops new trading for the day
• Max total lot per direction
• Trading session filter: broker server time or GMT with hour/minute offset; supports overnight sessions

ACCOUNT & SYMBOL

• Runs on the chart symbol only (single symbol per chart instance).
• Recommended: HEDGING account — recovery logic counts separate positions per direction. Netting accounts may not behave as intended.
• Typical use: lower timeframes (e.g. M1) on liquid symbols such as XAUUSD or major FX; .set presets may be included — always verify on your broker and VPS.
