How It Works

ICT Smart Money Engine

The indicator scans the chart for swing pivots using a configurable swing length (default: 5 bars each side). When a swing high is broken by a subsequent close, the engine draws a Break of Structure (BoS) line; when the break reverses the prevailing trend direction, it draws a Change of Character (CHoCH) line instead. Order Blocks are identified by scanning up to 5 bars back from each confirmed pivot for the qualifying candle body, and drawn as colored rectangles (up to 3 bullish and 3 bearish OBs visible simultaneously). Fair Value Gaps are detected when a three-bar price gap leaves an unfilled zone, and drawn as shaded rectangles. Equal Highs and Equal Lows are flagged when consecutive swing pivots form at nearly identical prices (within 0.1x ATR tolerance), marking resting liquidity. Liquidity Sweeps fire when price wicks beyond an equal level and reverses, signaling institutional stop hunts. Previous Period Levels (High, Low, and Equilibrium midpoint) from the selected timeframe (default: Daily) provide additional reference.

Signal Engine

Raw buy and sell signals are generated using a confluence scoring system. The base score requires two conditions: (1) the EMA20/EMA50 crossover confirms the trend direction, and (2) price retests a valid Order Block or Fair Value Gap zone. Three bonus points can be added: RSI confirmation (RSI below 70 for buys, above 30 for sells), volume above the 20-bar average, and Higher Timeframe alignment (price above/below the HTF EMA). The minimum confluence score (default: 2) must be met before a signal fires. Only one trade is active at a time — a signal cooldown (default: 20 bars) prevents overtrading. When a signal fires, the indicator places an Entry line, a Stop Loss (set below/above the Order Block with ATR padding), and a Take Profit (at the configured risk-reward ratio, default 1:2) directly on the chart.

Dashboard and Scanner

The premium dashboard displays five organized sections: Market (price, daily change, instrument type), Trend Analysis (chart trend via EMA20/50, HTF trend with alignment status, RSI zone, ATR volatility), Confluence Map (active Order Block and FVG counts, equal level status, volume strength), Active Signal (direction with star rating, entry price with live P/L, SL with percentage distance, TP1 at 1:1 and TP2 at the configured R:R), and Signal Scanner (nine-timeframe grid from M1 to MN showing BUY/SELL direction per timeframe using EMA20 vs EMA50 comparison). A footer row displays the website URL and "Non-Repainting" confirmation.
