Market Quality Bias Engine MT5
You already know how to analyze. You already have a strategy. But somehow, the losses keep coming from trades you knew you should not have taken.
Not because the setup was wrong. Because the environment was wrong. Wide spreads. Dead sessions. Volatility spikes. News landmines. Higher timeframes pushing against you.
This indicator makes those conditions impossible to ignore.
Market Regime Classification
The system continuously reads market structure and assigns one of four states:
- TREND - Directional pressure detected. Price deviating from mean with momentum.
- RANGE - Consolidation phase. Price oscillating around equilibrium.
- TRANSITION - Regime shifting. Previous structure breaking down.
- HIGH RISK - Volatility exceeding normal parameters. Unstable conditions.
Classification uses ATR-based volatility measurement against rolling averages, combined with price deviation from a 50-period moving average. No prediction. Pure state recognition.
Execution Quality Score
A composite score from 0 to 100 calculated from multiple factors:
- Current regime state
- Directional bias clarity
- Spread relative to threshold
- Volatility expansion state
- Active session detection
- Proximity to high-impact news events
When the score drops below your defined threshold, the panel displays EXECUTION LOCKED with specific reasons shown. No ambiguity. No guessing.
Multi-Timeframe Bias Panel
Six timeframes displayed simultaneously: M5, M15, H1, H4, D1, W1. Each shows current directional bias based on price position relative to its moving average.
When M5 says BUY but H4 and D1 say SELL, you see the conflict immediately. When all timeframes align, you see that too.
Lock Reasons Display
When execution is locked, up to four reasons are shown:
- LOW QUALITY SCORE
- SPREAD TOO WIDE
- HIGH IMPACT NEWS
- VOLATILITY SPIKE
- REGIME TRANSITION
- COOLDOWN ACTIVE
- OFF SESSION HOURS
Cooldown System
After HIGH RISK or TRANSITION regimes, the system enforces a configurable cooldown period. Default is 3 bars before execution clears again.
This addresses the tendency to re-enter immediately after volatility when conditions appear calm but remain unstable.
Visual Structure Layer
Optional overlays that can be toggled independently:
- Trend lines connecting recent swing points
- Structure boxes marking reaction zones
- Liquidity zones at swing extremes
- Compression pattern detection
- ATR-based price corridors
- Session open markers (London, New York, Asia)
Execution History
The panel shows the last 5 bars with color-coded status. Green indicates conditions were acceptable. Red indicates they were not.
This creates awareness of actual tradability frequency on your chosen timeframe.
Session and News Awareness
Tracks London (08:00-16:00 GMT), New York (13:00-21:00 GMT), and Asia (00:00-08:00 GMT). Hours are fully configurable.
News risk detection reads the MQL5 economic calendar. High-impact events within the lockout window trigger automatic flagging.
Countdown Display
Visual countdown showing time remaining in the current bar. Creates temporal awareness for bar-close based decisions.
