I'm testing on two MT5s, one a demo account and the other a cents account. I added a suffix the cents account and it's working. But the demo account doesn't. It can works only one mt5 or many? When I try to send order by test channel its show this

You need to set keywords to open a position and determine the opening price, and since your signal goes without SL and TP, set the default values in the settings for SL and TP yourself.

You can use multiple MT5 terminals.
Your problem is most likely related to the fact that you haven't connected or configured the utility for your signal.
