However, it’s not copying the gold/XAUUSD orders that are being posted in the Telegram signals I’m copying. Could you help me with this?
The orders in the channel look like this:
buy gold @3684.2-3678.2
another signal: #GOLD BUY 3663 / 3660
Could the format of the orders being sent in the channel have an effect? obviously the orders have the SL and TP numbers as you know.

There is currently an issue in the software. I will release a hotfix within the next few minutes that should resolve it. If you still experience problems afterwards, please let me know and I will check your configuration. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have two MT5 terminals configured on my laptop and both accounts are connected to Telegram service provider. However, the trade was open only on one terminal. I am uploading the logs. Can you review and suggest how to fix it ? Both accounts have the exact same configuration. The names of the accounts are Main and Sub.

I would suggest deleting the logfile here in the comment section and sending it to me in private due to data protection.
Could you also let me know which signal the problem is related to, and at what exact time the message was sent (in GMT if possible)?

Make sure to activate the settings to ignore incomplete signals.

So signals which do not have a sl or a tp will be ignored.
