I have two MT5 terminals configured on my laptop and both accounts are connected to Telegram service provider. However, the trade was open only on one terminal. I am uploading the logs. Can you review and suggest how to fix it ? Both accounts have the exact same configuration. The names of the accounts are Main and Sub.

Yes, of course I can help you. I would suggest deleting the logfile here in the comment section and sending it to me in private due to data protection. Could you also let me know which signal the problem is related to, and at what exact time the message was sent (in GMT if possible)?

Make sure to activate the settings to ignore incomplete signals.
