please have a look at the logfile in MetaTrader at the bottom of your terminal under “Experts”.

There you can see what went wrong. You will usually find a message like “invalid price” if the prices do not make sense compared to the current market price.

I bought the product and with help from chatgpt i could not run it because i get no verification code from telegram an in MT5 it says i no account. but i cant open an account. where can i get an older version to create an account so that i can get telegram code? Chat GPT summary:

If anyone faces the same problem, this is currently an issue on Telegram’s side. Some users do not receive the authentication code for a certain time. If you encounter this issue, you usually have to wait around 5 to 10 hours and it resolves itself.

For Heykyu, for example, it is already working again.

So if you have the same issue, just try again in 1 or 2 hours and check if you receive the code then.

You need to copy all files from your data folder. Go to %appdata% and then open the telegram.signaltrader.com folder. Replace everything inside that folder with the files from the same folder on your VPS. That will transfer all your settings.

I found the problem. The Windows antivirus was detecting the program as a threat and preventing it from starting. After running it in administrator mode, the program started without any issues.

I just bought it last day, a few questions:

- how can I set there currency to euro? we trade in euro.

- it seems to require a thousand separator for prices, our signal set superstars only for commas, will this be an issue? in the software setup it seems I cannot set no separator is used for thousands.

- if the SL is set in an extra message after the trade signal, how can I add this to the trade afterwards? I miss the "symbol" tag in the sl setting to identify to set the SL to which trade.(hope thsi question is clear?)

i see the multiply risc setting, i assume that's the "hebel" (leverage)

is there a way to not set that to a fixed value but like to always the max possible? i usually use the max available when trading

Hello Stefan,

• The currency will automatically switch to euros if your trading account is connected.
• If your provider does not use a thousand separator, you can simply remove those entries in your settings. Leaving them in place should not cause issues, but I recommend keeping only the necessary settings so the software can run optimally.
• In the latest update (0.8.4), I added symbol and text placeholders for trade level modifications as well. You can now map sentences like “I move the SL of Gold to 4500” even if the message was not sent as a reply to the original trade opening message.

The leverage is determined by your trading account and set by your broker. The software cannot change your account’s leverage.

The risk multiplier is applied to your defined risk per signal. For example, if you set your risk to 0.1 lot and use a risk multiplier of 2×, your final position size will be 0.2 lot.
