As the error message indicates, there was an issue during the installation of the Signal Trader application (not the EA).
Please uninstall the software, reinstall it, and then try launching the Signal Trader application again.

There are different types of trade permissions:

1. General trade operations can be disabled for the whole account (by the broker):
• No connection to the trade server
• Trading account switched to read-only mode (archived)
• Trading on the account disabled by the trade server
• Connection to the account performed in Investor mode

2. Automated trading (EA trading) can be disabled by the broker on the trade server side.

3. Automated trading can also be disabled in the MT5 terminal by the user. This can happen in two different places (see images below).

I believe in your case, it is likely the last point (3). Make sure trading is allowed in both locations:

• Go to the terminal settings, then to the Expert Advisors tab, and ensure Allow automated trading is checked.
  
  
• When you attach the Telegram to MT5 EA to the chart, make sure Allow live trading is enabled in the first tab.

Currently as I can see we need to configure providers for each account. Is there option to configure common providers for all accounts? so that if I configure one provider, I can forward signals to all configured accounts?

Sorry, I don’t fully understand what you mean by “for all configured accounts.”
Could you please explain a bit more?

Right now, you can configure your provider and save it as a template. Then you just need to load that template for the other providers where you want to use the same settings.

Wow... The template works. That's all I wanted.  Thank you for your prompt support. Meanwhile, I have created a feature request to add Total profit for orders (with filter option by provider) and option to export the orders to excel. Please consider these features. 

Hello Lukas, my name is Karl. I bought your EA Telegram MT5 copier. Great piece of software! Thanks to your instructions, the setup was easy. The EA is connected to the provider and MetaTrader and generates buy and sell orders. Only one position is open at a time. So, buy order and close buy order, and vice versa, sell order and close sell order. Bug: When closing an order, a long order is generated instead of closing the open order. I've used the provider's keywords for closing the position and variations of them. Unfortunately, without success. Could you please check what the problem is?

I described the problem to the provider via Telegram today.

He will write the closing order tomorrow, December 17th, in such a way that it will be correctly read and executed by the EA AI.

My account A has five signal providers.

Now I open a new account.

How can I completely replicate the signal providers from account A,

meaning both broker accounts need to use the same settings?

If anyone else has the problem that the verification code is sent via Telegram:

This is an issue on Telegram’s side and has already been reported to support.
In the meantime, it usually resolves itself after some time. You need to wait about 5–10 hours, then try again and you should receive the code.

Set a maximum allowed trade limit per minute.
This is the current workaround.

I will add a better option in the future to ignore duplicate trades, but for now this is the workaround.

Save the provider settings as a template. Then you can load the template for the other provider on the second account.

Also, if a signal has XAU and BTC, do I need to enable XAU and BTC separately and install separate EAs, or is a single golden page sufficient?
