This old version was in the market for 8 years, and it was time to provide something entirely new. Hence, we developed FX Power NG with our modern panel technique and numerous other improvements under the hood.
If you bought FX Power (the old one) you can still install it via the Market Tab of your MT4 terminal. So, all old customers are happy because they can still use the old version, and all other customers are happy with the modern version.
In fact, most of them upgraded from the old to the new one because it is so much better.

However, the settings of FX Power NG are not comparable to the settings of the old version, but they are mostly self-explaining.
Additionally, almost all of them are explained in the short video clips you see in the screenshot section of the product page.
Moreover, we provide a YouTube playlist that covers the most important settings to create the setups of our trading strategies.

Multiplicity of Indicators. There are literally thousands if indicators available for sale in public domain. If there were a few highly accurate predictors, then the market would quickly converge to those few indicators. But the market does not show any such convergence. Also, the authors of highly efficient indictors will choose make money themselves instead of marketing these indicators. Last time I checked, Goldman Sachs are not in the business of hawking indicators.

Therefore, the average punter has to look at the price trends from various angles through the lens of a number of indicators. If you make drastic change in any one of the indicators, then you have to re-configure the entire constellation of all the indicators, which is not an easy task.

Compatibility. Take Microsoft Office. You can work with any of previous versions in the latest version. It has very good backward integration. Therefore, it is a legitimate expectation of users to have a past version to be a special case of the latest version.

Here you'll find a drop-down list of pre-defined periods, and you can also create your own by using the "Custom mode" right below.

FX Power NG provides several HeatMaps with different colorations and you'll find these settings if you scroll down in the indicator properties.

The indicator colors tab contains only the currency line colors, and while MT4 doesn't display the line labels I use the MT5 version to make it more clear.

That's, unfortunately no longer possible because Currency Strength and Delta are two different modes with two different scales.
The currency strength scale ranges from -50 to +50 to provide a full 100% range with an equally balanced negative and positive side.
These currency strength values lead to Delta values that range from -100 during SELL trends to +100 in a BUY trend at the underlying pair.
In this screenshot you'll see the Delta for AUDUSD in subwindow 1 and the regular currency strength lines in subwindow 2.

You enter the Delta mode by changing the following parameter to "Symbol's Delta".

We understand that not every change will be an improvement for every customer and will take time to get used to, but on balance, FX Power NG is vastly superior to the previous version.

We're already at version 4.32, so, please update your copy of FX Power NG as seen in the example screenshot below.

Check the facts before making false claims. Version 4.32 was released 5 days ago, as you can see in the What's New section of this product page.

Regarding the calculation mode, I'd like to share some background information.

Since version 4,.22 the calculation mode offers the classic precise one, and the faster, without synchronisation, for a significant performance gain.

This allows you to compare and then decide for yourself which one you would prefer to use.


The History bars parameter influences how far the strength history lines are plotted.

On a trading chart, 500 is perfectly fine, but research charts for history analysis will require more.

This question surprises me. Why do you want to do without real-time computation?

It's not possible anyway, but I'm interested in the reason.

If you are worried that FX Power is slow, it is because all the data has to be downloaded from your broker the first time you start it. 

We have even developed a special tool to accelerate this process.
