Welcome to QuantumSlayer
Built as a multi-strategy, hedging-account Expert Advisor for XAUUSD (Gold), QuantumSlayer runs several independent “strategy slots” in parallel on a single symbol. You can set overall behaviour from conservative to aggressive using the built-in trade frequency and per-strategy checks, and optionally keep individual strategies on or off.
The EA is designed around structured, rule-based entry logic (not curve-fitted “black box” hype): in particular, fractal / swing breakouts on the configured timeframes, plus a dedicated optional range breakout (VBO) module on M30 (Strategy 10) with a buy-stop / sell-stop + OCO-style follow-up, while the rest of the system shares the same pip-based stop, take-profit, and management model.
Risk & trade management
All trades are placed with stop loss and take profit as defined in each strategy’s profile, with optional break-even, pip-based trailing stop, and higher–lower style trailing tied to market structure, plus session / news (e.g. NFP) and spread / margin safeguards where enabled. The EA can also scale pip distances and lot sizing with price / balance according to your inputs, and you can cap exposure using max drawdown–related lot logic and prop-firm” style daily drawdown options.
This is a proven, boring-in-a-good-way class of approach: trading breakouts of meaningful levels and ranges in a market that is often trend- and event-driven—Gold fits that style well, which is why the system is tuned for XAU rather than every pair under the sun.
The EA can adapt trade frequency and effective sizing to your account and risk settings (including a “Auto” profile that steps between conservative, moderate, and more aggressive use of the strategy set). It does not need a “magic” external AI label to be coherent: it is a realistic, testable, rule-based design.
Backtesting & reality check
Well-configured backtests on XAUUSD over long history can show controlled drawdowns and staged growth, but past performance is not a guarantee of future results—always validate on your broker’s symbol spec, spread, and execution before going live.
No neural-network, machine-learning, or “guaranteed perfect equity line” sales talk here—QuantumSlayer is a practical system, built to be reproducible in the tester and traceable in logs, with an emphasis on execution you can reason about.
Key features (summary)
- Straightforward to attach: set symbol, max allowed drawdown (and risk model) as required, and choose trade frequency (including Auto).
- Not a high-frequency grid: no classic martingale grid as the core; management is stops, targets, and structured adds per design (optional add-ons like zone-style recovery, if you enable them, are clearly separate and off by default in spirit—check your build).
- Multiple strategies in one place to diversify signal types across time and structure, all tagged and separated by magic number.
- Suitable for traders who can respect drawdown and broker rules (including many prop-firm style constraints if you configure daily DD / risk caps).
- Suggested minimum balance is context-dependent; many users start from a few hundred USD and up for Gold micro lots—always match lot and risk to your account.
Backtesting (how to start)
Attach to XAUUSD, use defaults first, then set max allowed total drawdown % to match your comfort. Trade frequency can be set manually or left on Auto. Chart period is not the only “brain” of the system—each strategy uses its own entry and management timeframes internally; a common setup is to run the chart on TF DAY for a stable view, but use your broker’s data and symbol name in the test.
Setup (short)
- Hedging account, XAUUSD (or a broker’s equivalent symbol) on the chart.
- Set Base magic / comments if you use multiple EAs.
- Set max allowed drawdown (and lot / risk mode) to your plan.
- Choose Risk: Low / Meduim / High or Auto.
- Recommended chart: Day (D) for a balance of speed and structure (optional; match your test).
