Gold Hybrid EA is a professional Expert Advisor built specifically for XAUUSD (Gold) on the H1 timeframe. It combines three independent trading strategies into a single adaptive engine, each targeting different market conditions.
**Three-Strategy Engine**
- Trend Following: EMA crossover confirmed by ADX filter. Captures directional moves when gold is trending. Configurable fast/slow EMA periods and ADX threshold.
- Mean Reversion: RSI extremes combined with Bollinger Band touches. Trades pullbacks in ranging markets. Only activates when ADX confirms a non-trending environment.
- Breakout: Donchian Channel breakouts filtered by ATR volatility. Catches the start of new trends after consolidation periods.
Each strategy can be enabled or disabled independently, with per-strategy stop loss and take profit multipliers.
**Adaptive Risk Management**
- ATR-based dynamic stop loss and take profit that adjusts to current volatility
- Four position sizing modes: Fixed Lot, Risk Percentage, Volatility-Adjusted, and Proportional Scaling
- Drawdown-based lot reduction (optional) reduces size as drawdown increases
- Maximum daily loss, total drawdown, and weekly loss limits with automatic trading pause

- Session filter restricts trading to active market hours (London/NY by default)
- Asian session lot reduction to avoid low-liquidity whipsaws
- Spread filter blocks trades during abnormal spread widening
- News filter using MQL5 economic calendar (live trading only)
- Kill switch: max consecutive losses, daily trade limit, minimum trade interval
- Friday close option to avoid weekend gap risk
- Equity trailing stop locks in profits after a configurable gain threshold
**Multi-Timeframe Analysis**
Uses H1 as the primary timeframe for signals and H4 for trend confirmation. Trend strategy requires H4 EMA alignment before taking H1 signals.
