i have a problem. im using suffix.  corelation ratio or others dont run on screen

what can i do.

Hello, the Symbol Suffix is correct. Try to navigate to different charts by clicking the pairs under the "Symbol" column so that it can do a full refresh of the dashboard. You can also click on the "Change%" column name to change between ADR and Change% so it will refresh that specific data. If that doesn't work, then you can also do a restart by removing it from the chart and then reapply the TradePad Pro to the chart.

do you have pending order and pending hedge  on this pad?  is it possible? im trading pending orders and pending hedge orders ...

Glad its working now on your end!

To open a pending order, you can click the "Buy" or "Sell" button on the dashboard and it will open the "Order Management" dashboard.

In this dashboard, you can switch from "Market Order" to "Pending Order" under the "Order Type" column and you can then set the entry price and expiration of your pending order. You can also just drag the entry line on the chart and it will automatically switch to pending order.

You can do the same for opening a pending hedge order.

how can i add if some charts dont  include suffix..    28 pairs with suffix but others dont use suffix.

If you want to add pairs with a suffix and pairs without a suffix on the same dashboard (same chart), then you will need to remove the input on the "Symbol Suffix" setting, and switch to "Custom Pairs List" option.

The reason why we will remove the input on the "Symbol Suffix" setting is because this setting will always append the suffix at the end of each pair name. Since some pair names you want to add does not have a suffix, then this input needs to be removed. We will then add the suffix manually instead.

To do this properly, please set the Currency Pairs Preset to "Custom Pairs List", remove the input on "Symbol Suffix" setting, add all currency pairs including their suffix in the "Custom Pairs List (Semi colon separated)" setting, and then add the rest of the pairs on the "Additional Pairs (Semi colon separated)" setting.

You can refer to the screenshot below on how it is done.

Also, if you need a quick way to add all 28 pairs including the suffix "b", then you can try to copy and paste this:

I tested with TradePad Pro for 2-3 days, I found lots of problems with order management.

1. Buy Grid / Sell Grid : You can only select the martingale in properties page, it is very difficult to have a quick amendment. It should have a selection in order page instead.

2. The Grid can only start with MARKET price.... WHAT??? You cannot select or drag a line on graph for Limit price to start...??? 

3. SL / TP in Points Only??? As a trader, we also trade by levels.

4. No visual line of graph available until Submitted the order, it is too late to amend it!!!

5. No visual confirmation for placing grid order for reduce human errors!!!

6. Only 1 (ONE) Grid can be set at any moment... ???

7. The buy or sell direction should be auto select by TP / SL or grid direction on chart, Just drag the line and you are set to trade.

8. No CLOSE ALL function for any ONE CCY or Grid. You need to CLOSE them one by one.

9. No graphical information to confirm the setting is correct.

10. Order Management... You cannot drag and set the Limit Price! You need to type the number in the field???

11. For Traders, we need adjust Lot Size, Risk, TP, SL, Buy Sell....

12. The full layout is too big for traders, the layout cover more than 60% of chart. Can you make a simple one just cover what traders need?

I appreciate your feedback and thank you for your suggestions! I will take note of your inputs, and if they are possible, then it will be implemented in future update.

In response to your feedback/suggestions (mostly the Buy Grid / Sell Grid functionality):

1. The Grid functionality offers Martingale, but it is optional. It can be enabled on the input setting. I took note of the suggestion of adding martingale directly on the order page.

2. The first grid order does start at Market order, but the subsequent grid orders will be a limit orders. I took note of your suggestion for limit order on initial grid and adding lines.

3. SL and TP are in points for Grid functionality and it will be used to track and monitor if you hit the target. The price level can only work for the initial grid position, and not for the subsequent limit orders for grid. I'll take a look if possible to implement price levels on the dashboard for grid.

4. Visual lines are only available for Order Management page, but may add it on Grid functionality as well in future.

5. Same as number 4

6.  You can set buy grid and sell grid at the same time but not more than once for the same grid direction. I took note of this input.

7. Ok, I took note of this suggestion

8. You can close them all by closing the first grid order. Once the first grid order is closed, it will automatically close all the other grid orders for that particular pair.

9. Ok, I took note of this suggestion

10. Yes, you can drag and set the limit price. There is a gray line on the chart which is your pending price, and you can drag it just like the TP and SL.

11. Yes, you can set your own lot size, risk, TP, SL and direction of the trade on the Order Management panel. They are all customizable directly on the dashboard.

12. This layout is needed in order to show all useful information and all features of the TradePad Pro. I took note of your suggestion to make it even more compact.

The overall management is very good. When we pick up a CCY for a trade, we will focus on the ordering functions, like lot size buy, sell, grid, martingle, price etc.. we can have a separate chart for account management. So it is better to have a full functions of ordering layout separate from the management layout.

Hi, I'm so glad to hear that you enjoy using the TradePad Pro! As for the currency strength meter, you can turn off the notifications part if you don't need to use it. The input setting is called "Currency Strength Meter High/Low" and you can set that to false to avoid getting those alerts. I will take your suggestion into consideration to hide the meter on the dashboard.
