value of rsi is not correct ,compare to the MT5 rsi value in realtime

The dashboard alerts on candle close not realtime. Also check you have the rsi setup the same, e.g. type

The same commodity frequent alarm, too annoying! Can a signal be designed to alarm only once?

It does only alert once. Think you have an issue with your MT4/MT5 somewhere if getting multiple alerts as only does it once for me and nobody else has ever mentioned an issue like that.

Maybe try a fresh terminal install.

I've just bought the RSI Dashboard as well. Does it update in Realtime if it's set to median price?  

The dashboard updates once per candle on the timeframes you have selected and shows the last RSI reading on that close.

I see the RSI on the dash is defaulted to Median price, whereas my RSI is defaulted to Closing price. Should they be set the same? Also, what's the practical benefit of of using Closing price on the RSI vs Median. 

You can use whichever you prefer, personal choice but yes they should be the same. If you want to know the difference between indicator settings Google and you will find the differences.

How does one open a blank chart window with no rate chart behind it???

Make everything white in the chart properties and turn it to line chart and turn off the grid and seperators etc...

Every time the chart updates it resizes (from my custom box sizes) and all the x and y headings disappear so i am just left with a chart with numbers, do you know what i am doing wrong and how i can get it right?

Its an alert dashboard, you dont change charts or do anything on that chart you put it on, designed to run on its own chart which you just react to the alerts of. Set it up, minimize it and dont touch it. 

I have returned the size of the box to standard size and so far so good, it just looked in the settings that this was adjustable.

RSI is not displaying a lot of data on a lot of pairs. I'm getting a lot of 0.00 for XAUUSD, AUDCHF, etc. Please let me know

Probably got the wrong instruments loaded. Check your broker doesnt have non tradeable instruments in the symbols list

Thank you so much. I just needed to add the '.p' at the end of each of my pairs and the data loaded. Not sure if I missed it in your intro of your page but if you can please update this on your page explaining that if any pairs are not loading any data to make sure to add any prefix or suffix to the pair. i.e. XAUUSD.p or EURUSD.p. This what helped me so thanks again!
