Slave opened the master order, but slave cannot close the master order.

The order is closed well in case that master and slave is all demo account.
However, when master is demo and slave is real account, master order is closed but slave order is not closed.
Is there a compatibility problem between the demo account and the real account?

No. There is no compatibility issue. May be an error on the slave terminal.
Please send the journal and expert tab report of your slave account. Or you can give remote connection to your desktop on PV to connect and check both terminals.
First time using this site to buy anything. seems very convoluted and confusing. Not like %99 of purchased items you simply gain acces to a download button of product. I'm totally confused. Some how I'm suppose to activate my rented software through given link that simply opens my demo mt4 account. Now what!

Did you email the program? Because I looked here for any hint of a download link to copier. I don't have the copier yet. Directions as to how to aquire bought program is nill.

Master mode can work on accounts with investor password.

Before starting the EA, Make sure these symbols are exist on slave terminal market watch. The EA will synchronize automatically at startup.
If not, you can add them manually.
Ping is not important on the copy speed of a VPS. Your VPS resources are very low to run two instances of Metatrader Terminals. You need a powerful VPS.
The EA delay is just about some milliseconds. You can test EA on a simple PC and you will see the speed of copying in the range of some Milliseconds only.

A SSD VPS at least 2.5~3 GB RAM and 2 Cores is needed.
If you have other experts or other apps running on the server, larger resources will be needed.
